McAfee Web Gateway (MWG) earlier than 188.8.131.52 is vulnerable to a remote attacker exploiting CVE-2019-9511, potentially leading to a denial of service. This affects the scanning proxies.
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to window size manipulation and stream prioritization manipulation, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker requests a large amount of data from a specified resource over multiple streams. They manipulate window size and stream priority to force the server to queue the data in 1-byte chunks. Depending on how efficiently this data is queued, this can consume excess CPU, memory, or both.
The MultiPathResource class in Atlassian FishEye and Crucible, before version 4.4.1 allows anonymous remote attackers to read read arbitrary files via a path traversal vulnerability when FishEye or Crucible are running on the Microsoft Windows operating system.
In ipSecSetEncapSocketOwner of XfrmController.cpp, there is a possible failure to initialize a security feature due to uninitialized data. This could lead to local denial of service of IPsec on sockets with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
